I just found out that I have alopecia, or hair loss, and I need to find out what my options are. I know I will need to get a wig or at least hair pieces to make it look like I have more hair then I do. I am hoping to get a wig made out of real human hair but I am not sure how to go about getting one or how much they are or anything. If anyone could give me some suggestions or recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated. I am beginning to get over the shock of what my dermatologist told me and now the reality of my situation is sinking in and I need to figure out what I am going to do. I am hoping to find a decent wig for the mean time until I can afford a real hair wig but I am not sure where the best place to go is.
